Consider another possibility: that both paths are not mutually exclusive. I don’t think I shall end up a loving mother (though this is a choice) or an honoured grandmother, but I don’t think that enjoying aspects of singledom mean I shall be an outcast either.
I think this photograph is more amusing than it is telling of society today. I think it’s also an excellent reminder that life is what you make of it.

This female nude is achingly beautiful. I know, perhaps too skinny, but damn, look at those contours. It’s like looking at perfectly sculpted marble.

I adore art nouveau (modernist slut alert!) and aren’t peacocks just gorgeous? I’m not sure why it is that my mother keeps telling me not to get anything peacock-adorned because apparently such things are bad luck.
I fail to see how something so naturally beautiful can be bad luck, but that’s just me.

Ah, I remember the days when I used to be on an awesome forum with this dude. The Ponderers’ Guild - real nerd discussion on intelligent…stuff. Miss it. *wistful sigh*
Also nerdy comic charts for the win mega. Yes, eloquence is I.
